Two great Lancashire causes have benefited from our Ad-Loop Keyring donations in the space of a week.
First up, we took a trip to Leyland St Mary's Scouts, a venue where two of our staff were once members! They completed South Ribble Borough Council's recent Voluntary, Community and Faith Organisations survey, with 250 keyrings the incentive for one lucky group to give their feedback.
They were drawn out of the hat as the winners, so we handed over the prize in person to the Scouts and their group leaders. They have since tweeted: "We love our new group keyrings"!
The second beneficiaries were BK's Heroes, as we met up with Fiona and Dave King to present them with their package, which will be used to raise awareness and funds for the Brain and Kidney Disease charity.
Their son Ben suffers from the condition and has expressed his gratitude via Facebook, having been too ill to meet us in person. Fiona added: "It was so lovely to meet you all, and I'm sure it's the start of a long friendship".
Best of luck to both organisations, and we hope that our contribution will help to keep their good work in the minds of all those who take home one of the keyrings.
